The University Guild is an open membership organization on the campus of Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. Its mission is to connect the community with university resources, the fine arts, manage an art collection, and host monthly lectures. Its rich history reaches back to 1892 and includes some of the most interesting and influential individuals of early Evanston and Northwestern. The art collection has origins in the 1893 World's Columbian Exposition and includes modern pieces from a broad spectrum of artistic disciplines. Membership is open to all individuals and opportunities are available to support the Art Collection and the Scholarship Fund.
